Reell's Model PHL hinge features a conventional door hinge configuration with
270° of bracket rotation. The PHL provides a smooth feel
of quality and consistent torques up to 3.39 N-m (30.0 lb-in) in a corrosion resistant package.

Function of Hinge
The Model PHL hinge is designed to provide constant torque throughout its full
range of motion. It is ideally suited to applications requiring the ability
to hold an object at various positions.
Environment
The Model PHL hinge was designed to have corrosion resistance. Along with reducing
the amount of springback, the housing improves the appearance of the hinge and
protects the clip/shaft from harsh environments. O-ring seals provide additional
internal contamination protection from moisture, detergents and solvents.
Performance
- Torque Tolerance +- 20% of nominal
- Springback typically < 1°
- Life of 20,000 cycles at 10% duty cycle for speed less than 100 rpm
- Ambient temperature range 0° - 60°C
